We are too, and we have this concern for everyone in our community. Thus, the health and safety of those in our business community, especially our customers, is our highest priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is how Thompson & Son is ensuring you can rely on clean, safe service from our teams:

  • All consultations are currently being held virtually.

  • Company vehicles are cleaned before deploying to each home and after their final call for the day. 

  • All Employees have their temperatures checked each morning before they can begin their work day.

  • Sick / symptomatic employees, including those who live with someone who is ill, are not permitted to work until well.

  • We practice social distancing while in your home.

  • Services are performed as quickly as possible to limit the time spent inside your home.

  • We wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers to protect you and your property.

  • After our work is completed, we clean all interior surfaces and outdoor electrical boxes that technicians have touched. 

  • Thompson & Son will continue to follow all safety and health guidelines issues by the CDC, federal, state, and local governments.
